Governance
Principles & programme roadmap
How we keep clinical accountability with the pharmaceutical sponsor, and where each workstream actually stands today.
Governance principles
- Sponsor accountability Established Clinical protocol, dose, endpoints, eligibility, safety, and regulatory submissions stay with NWPharmaTech as pharmaceutical sponsor and with investigators, ethics committees and regulators as applicable — not with community polls or token votes.
- Ring-fenced economics Proposed Any programme financing would be limited to expressly granted CHR-P economics. NWPT parent equity is outside this mandate.
- Separation of journeys Working Families and patients are never routed into capital conversations. Investor materials, if offered later, would be private and eligibility-gated.
- Clear evidence standards Established Public statements distinguish field context from NWPT-specific evidence. CHR-P risk designation is not a diagnosis of schizophrenia and does not mean transition to psychosis is inevitable.
- Financing stays inactive here Working We are evaluating a platform-supported route for eligible investors to help finance the CHR-P research programme, including a permissioned digital record of participation at closing where that proves feasible. If a platform path cannot meet legal, operational or investor-access requirements, a conventional private placement with a legal investor register remains the fallback. These are development objectives, not live offering terms. Neither path is available on this website: production investment, payment and token issuance remain inactive. Community updates and discussion are separate from any regulated investment process.
- Transparent status Working We label unfinished work clearly. Illustrative examples are never presented as live commitments, funds raised, or clinical results.
Programme roadmap
Status labels below are honest. We do not invent appointments, closing dates, or funding commitments. Approximate figures are planning targets only.
| Horizon | Intent | Lane | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Now | Informational site: mission, science context, governance, FAQ | Public | Live / building |
| Near | Version-controlled clinical synopsis; private diligence package for eligible counterparties | Science | In development |
| Near | Private financing materials; IC memo and use-of-proceeds scenarios (labelled illustrative) | Capital / legal | In development |
| Near / under evaluation | Permissioned register representation under evaluation where a platform path proves feasible; register-first remains the fallback | Capital | Proposed — inactive |
| Later | Larger transition-to-psychosis objectives only if separately powered and financed | Science | Illustrative / later |
| — | Public token sale, DEX liquidity, retail offering, clinical veto by investors, live invest buttons | — | Excluded |
Approximately US$10 million is a planning target only. It is not committed capital, a validated trial budget, a claim that capital fully funds the trial, or a priced offer on this website.
Who decides what
Three lanes stay separate. Only the first is fully established today.
Diagram describes roles. It is not an offer and does not activate financing.
